"New admission forms are available at Delhi Public Baramulla for session 2020-21


Completed registration forms along with the required certificates should be submitted in school office as soon as possible due to limited seat availability. Please contact office for any information.

  • A child entering the school in Nursery should be 3 years at the time of admission in the academic year, The same criterion will be applicable to classes Kindergarten I and Kindergarten II adding a year each respectively. Admission from classes 1st onwards will be based on the students Transfer Certificate and Result in the previous year. Parents need to bring NOC from previous school before seeking admission with us.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Medical Form.

  • Copy of Immunization card.

  • Copy of Birth certificate.

  • Transfer Certificate From the previous school.

  • Copies of previous academic records.

  • Two Photographs of the child.

  • One Photograph each of the Parent/Guardian.



  • Any false information furnished at the time of registration/admission can jeopardise the process of attending school even if admission is granted.

  • Once an amount is deposited under any head/account, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Admission to school does not guarantee school transport facility.

  • Preference is given to siblings and kids seeking admission with in 15 km from the school campus.


  • Admission fee once deposited is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • By granting admission to a student, DPS Baramulla blocks a seat for your child. If for any reason you do not wish to enroll your child at DPS Baramulla, you will forfeit any admission fee that you may have deposited. Please weigh this carefully before depositing the admission fee.

  • If your child is granted admission once the academic session is in the process, the fees for the entire session must be paid. This helps spread costs evenly across the student body. Please note that DPS Baramulla discourages mid-session admissions unless they are requested because of extreme family situations.

  • By admitting your child to DPS Baramulla, you agree to pay all fees that the school currently charges or that it may have to charge in the future.

  • Parents cannot pick and choose what fees they want to pay.

  • Currently, the school charges the following fees:

    • Admission Fee (new students; one time only)

    • Tuition Fee (monthly fees for all 12 months. Can be paid quarterly in advance/ Monthly).

    • Bus Fee (monthly fees for 11 months. Can be paid quarterly in advance/ Monthly).

    • Annual Fee (one-time fee per year at the time of promotion to new class.

  • Other charges may be applicable such as summer camp fee (only for participants) or study tour fee (only for participants).

  • DPS Baramulla requests parents to accept or reject the school offer for admission only after reading all the rules listed on the school website.
